Luxury marble manufacturer, FiammettaV, is a popular Italian manufacture of home goods. Known for its unique designs and exclusive materials, the Fiammetta V home collection is filled with exceptional pieces with rich historical roots.
HISTORY
Duchess Maria Beatrice d’Este gave the Vanelli family permission to excavate Carrara marble in 1818. The Vanelli family soon became synonymous with European marble, as their work has appeared in popular and important European capitals since the 19th century. Aldo Vanelli officially acquired the Vanelli family quarry, named Zona 67, in 1960.
Later inherited by Fiammetta Vanelli, the quarry began production for its retail home collection.
FACT: Carrara marble is the most common marble found in Italy.
