The Materials
Sturdy and durable, the MK safety razor collection is crafted entirely from 304 stainless steel and weigh just under 4oz. One of the only fully stainless steel models available, they are designed to last and can be generational pieces with proper maintenance. Best of all, each MK models comes with a Lifetime Warranty*!
The Handle
A standard handle size, measuring 4” in length, these models are secured during use with comfortable knurling. The knurling enhanced the grip and is aesthetically pleasing, coming in four different handle styles. The
- Adventurer: Two polished bulbous rings atop the handle with a mix of polished chrome and knurled rings at the bottom of the handle
- Ambassador: A polished bulbous ring atop the handle, a polished indentation in the center of the handle and mix of polished chrome and knurled rings at the bottom of the handle
- Artist: Polished top with a delicate knurled ring; mix of polished chrome and knurled rings at the bottom of the handle
- Scientist: Polished chrome at the top with a mix of polished chrome and knurled rings at the bottom of the handle
The Models
The MK: The MK is our original fully stainless steel model that started the collection. Designed for a more aggressive shave, this first model features an open-close comb head and is recommended for experienced wet-shavers.
The MK II: Building on the success of the MK, the MK II offers an updated head design. Rather than the open-comb head of the MK, this second version has a traditional closed comb head with straight bar. It is a milder version of the MK, but is still on the aggressive side. Improved hand-polishing also gives this model a more lustrous finish.
The MK II PVD Coated: The MK II with PVD coating enhances performance with its increased durability and corrosion resistant properties. Fitted with a closed comb head, it offers a mild to aggressive shave and has more of a matte finish.
The MK II Limited Edition Bronze PVD Coated: For an added touch of glamour, there’s the MK II Limited Edition with Bronze PVD Coating. With only a small number of models made, this unique model boasts the same features as the MK II PVD, enhanced with bronze coating.
